My boyfriend named this a “smoothly.” Cuz it’s not quiuuiite a smoothie, it needed its own special word. 😉

Very Berry Super Smoothly Recipe
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1 small carrot, sliced into chunks
- 1 scoop Navitas Beauty Superfoods Powder (optional)
- 6 pecans or raw cashews
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water overnight or at least 20 min (I used Navitas Organics Chia)
- 1 Ginger Bomb or 1/4″ fresh ginger root, to taste (for a little kick of flavor)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
I love this next part (cuz it’s so danged easy!) Into blender or bullet, toss EVERYTHING, coconut water first. Blend on high til smooth, about 2 min. Enjoy!
