Store bought guacamole, even the “natural” kind, can have all sorts of unwanted added ingredients to maintain its freshness. Meanwhile it’s super easy to whip up our own. This one has a little kick from the garlic and lemon (optional, of *course*!)
So clean ‘n pure. I can’t even describe how deep down body and soul GOOD it feels to eat things that support your body *and* taste delicious *both* … For me, no amount of “convenience” is a worthy trade-off for this when it gives me such a to-the-core sense that I’m doing something good for myself.
Maybe it’s just me but this feels uplifting, for real.
These particular crispbreads are perfect since they contain only brown rice, buckwheat (which is actually not wheat and contains no gluten), millet and sea salt.

Tip: Mashing an avocado used to be pretty annoying til I discovered my new friend the meat chopper. This little guy makes it super easy … no more avocado slipping all over the place and flying outa the bowl ‘n all. Sweet!
