Soothing, Silky Turmeric Tea Recipe
- 2 cups purified water
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- Pinch fresh black pepper
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey*
Stir all ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat til just warmed. Enjoy!
* Use the least amount of sweetener that still feels “yum” to you.
