This was yummy with nectarines. Strawberries or blueberries would be great too but nectarines make a nice “spoon.” 🙂
One’a those happy accidents cuz I’m gonna fess up … I was actually goin’ for ice cream here! Took a left turn when I realized it wasn’t quite thick enough to rival Ben & Jerry’s but it does make a tasty little dip, as it turns out!
I had a little bowl of this with sliced fruit for breakfast but you could easily serve some up for dessert or a refreshing summer snack.

Peaches ‘n Cream Dip Recipe
- 4 – 6 peaches, cold, peeled and sliced
- 1 carton coconut cream, 7 oz
- 1/2 small lemon
- Fruit of your choice for dipping (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or nectarine slices are great with this!)
Puree first 3 ingredients til smooth. Serve as a dip, chilled, with berries or sliced fruit. That’s it!
Oh yes, and there’s this too: Yum!

Note: If you store this in the fridge for later, make sure ‘n cover it. (Of course!)
