They say food is love, right? (Well even if they don’t say it, I do. 😉💕)
When you cook in connection with others, there are added ingredients infused into the meal, I believe. Do you think so too?
💗 This was cooked in connection.
(Or prepared. My raw vegan friends, what do you call it when there’s no actual cooking? Is it still called that? I’m sincerely wondering. I still think of it as cooking.🍃)
This simple dish was filled with all sortsa ingredients… like natural beauty, organic fun, playfulness, healing, appreciation, kindness, sacredness, respect and honor.
Did you know these could be ingredients in your cooking? Oh yes, yes they can. In fact, I highly recommend it. 🤗
I’m calling these Blessed Zoodles. There’s a lotta love inside, and so many blessings.
💕 Blessing: The inspiration of seeing photos of Marina’s gorgeous ingredients, on her table in Romania. She has a special way of evoking a sacredness, beauty and respect for the plants that are nourishing us.
💕 Blessing: The lightness of being I witnessed in her sweet daughter Malina as she enjoyed such a healthful meal. (See video.) She reminds us that veggies are fun and vibrating with energy.
💕 Blessing: Momma going out into the world and gathering these organic veggies for me, joining me in appreciating how beautiful they are in their natural state. I inherited her tendency to see beauty in the ordinary. What a gift!
💕 Blessing: Michelle helping me spiralize these zucchinis into zoodles and adding her compassionate loving kindness to the mix, as we created our own version of this dish here in the United States, across the miles from where the idea originated.
Can you feel what a gift this all is? I sure do! Do you cook with intention? 💗 Let’s do that more often, k? What’s your favorite joy-infused dish?
PS We loved it! Thank you for inspiring us, Marina and Malena! 💛
