Y’know those layered skinny strips of crunchy wafer-ish things we used to eat as kids? There were vanilla ones and chocolate ones and strawberry ones … What the heck were those called anyway?
Well this one’s for the lovely Virginia Lynn … A chocolatey treat with absolutely zero bad stuff … And talk about easy! I made these in, hmm, maybe two minutes max?
It’s all in the ingredients. These are clean and pure and the best part is … there are only two of ’em!

Cocoa Cream Wafers Recipe
- 1 tbsp Coconut, cashew, sunflower or pecan cacao spread
- 3 Le Pain des Fleurs ancient grains crispbreads
Spread 1/2 tbsp of cacao spread evenly on each of two crispbreads. Top with the third and enjoy! The end!
