I talk a lot about counteracting deprivation … well, this recipe achieves that goal beautifully. Whenever I make these, my sweet tooth sits down and shuts up, with a big ‘ol smile on it’s little porcelain face!
Super easy and totally delish, you’ll love this healthier snack … whether warm, fresh out of the oven or cooled and served later. For an extra boost of decadence, whip up some coconut milk in the blender and sprinkle these on top. Yum!

Cinnamon Crusted Pecans Recipe
- ½ cup raw pecans
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Stir cinnamon and maple syrup together in a medium bowl til fully blended. Mix in pecans, making sure syrup gets into crevices with your fingers or a basting brush.
Spread nuts out on a cookie sheet. Lick your fingers (yum!) then bake til syrup is dried out and crusty, about 5 to 10 min. Enjoy!
