Never fear … here’s a little treat with zero peanut butter and zero jelly (no processed sugar? say it ain’t so!) … just way healthier versions of those flavors.

This may very well be the easiest snack you will ever make in your whole entire life.

No really.

It’s so simple I almost didn’t post it. But the yum factor gave me no choice.

Plus there’s the fact that it’s a healthy treat disguised as a cheat. My favorite kind of yum.

Dried mulberries are known for their high antioxidant levels including resveratrol, the agent in red wine that’s gotten so much press for its anti-aging and disease-combating benefits.

They’re also a great source of vitamin C and contain 3 grams of protein per serving, along with iron, fiber and calcium.

So let’s get this party in your mouth started. I promise it’ll be quick and painless!
