Cashew Freezer Fudge Recipe
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
- 4 tbsp coconut butter
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 – 1 cup raw cashew pieces
Set aside cashews and mix all other ingredients in a large bowl until blended well. I used my hands! Mix in cashews and spread onto wax paper lined plate or cookie sheet. Freeze until solid, about an hour. Enjoy!
